Tasks
Determine the nature of incoming calls and forward them if necessary.
Review caller records via the call tracking system.
Respond to inquiries, manage complaints, and provide information by phone.
Enter, process, and update data and files.
Log and update calls in the call tracking system.
Work on shifts and do overtime, with short notice or without notice.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
At least 6 months of experience in a call center or help desk.
Intermediate proficiency in English, used 60% of the time due to daily communication across Canada.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Must have an enhanced reliability clearance granted by a federal ministry in accordance with the Government of Canada’s Security Policy.
Flexibility with work hours to meet operational needs.
