Tasks

  • Determine the nature of incoming calls and forward them if necessary.
  • Review caller records via the call tracking system.
  • Respond to inquiries, manage complaints, and provide information by phone.
  • Enter, process, and update data and files.
  • Log and update calls in the call tracking system.
  • Work on shifts and do overtime, with short notice or without notice.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in a call center or help desk.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English, used 60% of the time due to daily communication across Canada.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Must have an enhanced reliability clearance granted by a federal ministry in accordance with the Government of Canada’s Security Policy.
  • Flexibility with work hours to meet operational needs.
