Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you enjoy handling various administrative tasks? Flexible hours and competitive salary! Our client, a consulting engineering firm, is looking for an administrative assistant for their location in Sainte-Marie.

Tasks

  • Manage and animate the company’s social media.
  • Assist project managers (engineers) with the administrative follow-up of files.
  • Prepare, follow up, and update service proposals in response to requests for proposals.
  • Handle invoicing and follow-up on client files.
  • Provide administrative support for payroll management.
  • Participate in the implementation of the "NotCash" system.
  • Manage and update website content.
  • Perform various administrative tasks: document drafting, document management, administrative follow-up, etc.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in administrative support.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written (excellent language skills required).
  • Ability to use various software and computer tools.
  • Knowledge of Dynacom and Employeur D / Nethris software (assets).
