Tasks
Respond to level 1 technical incidents via phone/email.
Analyze the source of problems and handle escalation services for all workstations, printers and network connectivity.
Perform configuration and deployment of images on desktops and laptops.
Diagnose, categorize and identify emergencies.
Proactively interact with the customer to ensure excellent customer service.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Degree or certification in computer science or IT.
Experience in a similar position.
Experience in network connectivity.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 environment and Active Directory.
Knowledge to support Macs (iOS).
Intermediate-advanced proficiency in English to effectively communicate with English-speaking clients in Canada, and the internal environment is primarily English-speaking 80% of the time.
