The Production Supervisor will oversee all operations with a deep conviction for excellence, understanding that there is always room for improvement. Tasks
Develop schedules and oversee production operations.
Manage personnel and develop their skills.
Supervise production and logistics teams, ensuring communication.
Organize meetings to set daily objectives.
Collaborate with logistics to manage inventory.
Supervise the training of new employees and assess training needs.
Work with the plant engineer to improve productivity.
Lead the OHS Committee and promote a safety culture.
Perform any other tasks necessary for the department's smooth operation.

Job requirements
Relevant education in operations management, chemical engineering, and/or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience supervising a production team.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in implementing and managing production processes.
Good knowledge of ISO and SQF processes and standards.
Desired profile
Leadership skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
Excellent sense of urgency, planning, and organization.
