As part of their expansion and to ensure succession, our partner is looking for a talented Electromechanic Team Leader to join their dynamic team. You will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of production equipment.
Tasks
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment (conveyors, assembly lines, dosing systems, etc.).
Identify and resolve technical failures promptly to minimize production downtime.
Coordinate with the operations director and other team members to prioritize maintenance and repair tasks.
Participate in managing spare parts orders, receiving, and inventorying stock.
Supervise, train, and support the team of electromechanics.
Participate in continuous process improvement and equipment optimization.
Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements
Hold a DEP in electromechanics or equivalent training.
5 years or more of experience in a similar role, preferably in the production sector.
Proficiency in spoken and written French.
Competence in mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics.
Experience in team management is an asset.
