Our partner, a family-owned fashion company for over 80 years and a leader in women's fashion, has the perfect position for you! We are currently looking for a manager for the Quebec City store. The person will contribute to the success of the brand, supporting the objectives of our partner.

Tasks

  • Accompany and support the members of your team daily and ensure its management.
  • Oversee the workflow and operations within the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with business practices.
  • Work on practices to increase store traffic and ensure the continuous improvement of the branch.
  • Ensure excellent customer service.
  • Perform any other duties related to the position.

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in operations management is an asset.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English, used 30% of the time due to the English-speaking clientele.
