Rental Agent

Tasks

• Greet customers and respond to their vehicle rental requests.
• Present available options, advise customers based on their needs, and finalize reservations.
• Prepare rental contracts and perform necessary checks (driver’s license, insurance, etc.).
• Manage vehicle returns and conduct inspections to ensure their condition.
• Handle administrative follow-ups and keep customer information up to date.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing fast, courteous, and professional service.
• Perform other related tasks.
