Our client, a world-renowned arts organization, is looking for the right person to assist the chef of the artist/worker cafeteria and eventually for the VIP restaurant.

Tasks
Assist the chef with cooked dishes;
Carry out the preparation of food and various dishes;
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards;
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the kitchen.
Completion of the MAPAQ hygiene and sanitation training, or equivalent.
Proficiency in cutting techniques.
Good knowledge of food safety standards.
Availability to commute to downtown.
