Our client, a world-renowned arts organization, is looking for the right person to assist the chef of the artist/worker cafeteria and eventually for the VIP restaurant. Tasks

  • Assist the chef with cooked dishes;
  • Carry out the preparation of food and various dishes;
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards;
  • Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the kitchen.
  • Completion of the MAPAQ hygiene and sanitation training, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in cutting techniques.
  • Good knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Availability to commute to downtown.
