Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is currently seeking a Payroll Technician to join their team. Tasks
Entering and validating payroll-related information.
Verifying and preparing reports necessary for payroll processing.
Managing adjustments to employment records and ensuring their accuracy.
Overseeing the processing of education grants within the payroll framework.
Reviewing collective insurance invoices and pension plan contributions.
Contributing to the preparation of annual pension plan declarations.
Responding to employee inquiries regarding their pay and providing adequate support.
Assisting in the generation of tax documents, including employment records and T4/RL slips.
Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
College diploma (DEC) in accounting or a related field.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Excel.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position with a strong mastery of payroll-related tasks.
Functional proficiency in English, as you will regularly interact with clients who have needs in both languages, about 40% of the time.
