You will respond to customer inquiries, process their orders, and resolve concerns quickly. By working closely with internal teams, you will ensure smooth workflow and provide an optimal customer experience in a friendly and collaborative environment. Tasks
Assist customers by answering their questions, processing their orders, and providing information about our products.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and speed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Suggest product recommendations and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct inventory and manage stock.
Pack and label products for shipment.
Manage returns and reintegrate goods back into stock.
Prepare orders according to instructions and ship them to customers.
Stay informed about new products and industry developments.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
