Our client is looking for a passionate and autonomous Logistics Coordinator to efficiently manage bulk product deliveries and orders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a tangible impact on operations, keep reading!
Tasks
Plan and optimize daily deliveries, ensuring an optimal balance between cost and service quality.
Organize driver schedules and maintain real-time communication with them.
Use logistics management tools to maximize operational efficiency.
Provide short-term sales forecasts to the purchasing team to ensure a smooth supply chain.
Make strategic decisions based on orders, supplier availability, and costs.
Develop optimization plans to improve delivery frequency and customer routes.
Find the best solution between speed and cost (approve or decline express deliveries, optimize routes, etc.).
Ensure exceptional after-sales service by managing incidents and responding to customer calls.
Guarantee the proper delivery of products and react quickly to recurring issues.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, purchasing, equipment service) to streamline operations.
Plan necessary technical interventions.
Accurately handle invoicing and validate transporter and distributor payments.
Contribute to innovative projects, such as implementing a bulk operations management software.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, logistics cost analysis, etc.).
University degree in logistics or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or planning.
Intermediate English proficiency (used 50% of the time to collaborate with U.S. clients and transporters).
