Our client, a company located in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, is looking for an Industrial Finishing Laborer to join their production team.
Tasks
Operate a forklift.
Organize, sort, wash, and hang metal parts produced in the workshop.
Use mechanical tools and machines such as grinders, hammers, wrenches, and general tools.
Work on parts, components, and tools according to specifications.
Perform machining and drilling tasks.
Collaborate with the production team for structure assembly, as well as the mounting and dismantling of parts.
Conduct a general quality check of assembled products.
Perform other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements
Forklift operation (a strong asset).
Knowledge of crane operation (an asset).
High school diploma.
Familiarity with using tools for screwing, drilling, assembling, and loosening various components.
Experience in assembly (a strong asset).
High importance placed on workplace health and safety.
French and English, both written and spoken (an asset).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
To facilitate commutes and minimize travel time, it is preferable to reside on the South Shore of Montreal and have access to a car.
