Our client, a non-profit organization located in Griffintown, specializing in social housing and support for CHSLDs, is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to provide support to employees in the field of human resources.
Tasks
Perform all HR and payroll management tasks using the Dayforce software.
Generate pay, validate timesheets (FDT), and produce the monthly report.
Participate in the integration of new employees.
Manage the integration of new employees, layoffs, contract renewals, and the production of T4 forms.
Manage information related to collective insurance.
Handle disability files and accidents related to the CSST.
Manage recruitment, including posting job ads and conducting interviews.
Perform all other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
Hold a college degree in administration, human resources, or a relevant field (industrial relations, administration, etc.).
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
Knowledge of payroll software.
Good knowledge of the French language, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of the Dayforce software (an asset).
