Tasks

  • Provide warm, professional customer service where each client feels confident.
  • Advise new buyers on financing and warranty solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Manage credit approvals and ensure compliance with current standards.
  • Maximize vehicle, accessory, and financial services sales with high-performing products.
  • Ensure thorough follow-up on client files and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize every business opportunity.
  • Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

  • Solid experience as a post-sales representative, with demonstrable results.
  • Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with ease in using office tools.
  • Fluent in French, both spoken and written, and functional English to serve a diverse clientele 30% of the time.
  • Basic knowledge of financial services management or business management, a plus.
  • Degree in business, management, finance, or a related field, a plus.
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry or in selling financial solutions, a plus.
