Your role? Provide key support to ensure the success of activities and handle administrative tasks related to executive coordination.

Tasks
Prioritize urgent matters, follow up and send necessary reminders.
Track ongoing projects and update files.
Assist the team with administrative tasks (correspondence, reports, files, meetings, calendar).
Enter necessary data for activities.
Organize meetings (agenda, documents, minutes).
Assist in organizing meetings and events (invitations, documents, follow-up).
Ensure the accuracy of information in documents.
Maintain confidentiality of information.
Help with organizing corporate events.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
DEC or DEP in administration, secretarial, office management, or equivalent training.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field.
Experience in executive administration, senior management, or managing executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe.
Intermediate knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written (about 20% of communications in English).
Desired profile
Good judgment in setting priorities, organizational skills, and a systematic approach to follow-ups.
Ability to adapt to diverse situations.
Interpersonal skills, tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.
