A leader for many years in the bottling of automotive products and more recently, antibacterial products, our client is looking for a distribution clerk for their site in Anjou.
Tasks
Ensuring that all shipments are accompanied by the required documents (delivery note, packing list, certificate of analysis or conformity, MSDS, etc.).
Managing the process of pallet and seal control for trucks.
Updating and maintaining seal records in compliance with C-TPAT requirements.
Verifying orders and following up with carriers and customers to ensure deadlines are met.
Tracking the shipping schedule and organizing deliveries.
Managing access to the office and distribution area.
Preparing late pickup notices and informing the sales department.
Ensuring that goods receipts and transfers are properly processed in the ERP system.
Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
2 years of experience in a similar field.
Proficiency with computer systems (PC, AS400) and RF scanners.
Knowledge of static control systems, fire prevention, and hazardous materials (WHMIS).
Intermediate proficiency in English, as you will need to collaborate with clients and carriers in the U.S. 50% of the time.
Experience operating stand-up "High Beam" and seated forklifts is an asset.
