Today, to support its continued growth and strengthen its team, our client is looking for an experienced professional in machining, programming, and personnel management to fill the key position of CNC Machining/Programming Supervisor. This position offers the opportunity to actively contribute to optimizing production processes and leading a team dedicated to technical excellence.

Tasks

  • Supervising and leading CNC machining operators.
  • Supervising, planning, and organizing employee tasks to ensure smooth operations in the machining department.
  • Developing, modifying, and optimizing programs in the new software (Mastercam).
  • Ensuring continuous employee training on new technologies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Maintaining high productivity and quality standards according to established norms.
  • Participating in continuous improvement activities to optimize productivity.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • DEP in machining techniques and ASP in numerical control, and/or DEC in mechanical engineering or any other relevant qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a CNC programmer.
  • Expertise in CNC machining.
  • Experience in personnel management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Mastercam software.
