Our client, a globally renowned organization in the artistic field, is seeking the right person to manage the cafeteria kitchen for artists/workers and potentially the VIP section.

Tasks

  • Develop cooked dishes;
  • Carry out all cooking methods;
  • Carry out the preparation of food and various dishes;
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards;
  • Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a chef.
  • Completion of the MAPAQ hygiene and sanitation training, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in basic cooking techniques (sautéing, grilling, frying, etc.) and cutting skills are essential.
  • Ability to create a recipe from scratch.
  • Availability to commute to downtown.
