Our client, a globally renowned organization in the artistic field, is seeking the right person to manage the cafeteria kitchen for artists/workers and potentially the VIP section.
Tasks
Develop cooked dishes;
Carry out all cooking methods;
Carry out the preparation of food and various dishes;
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards;
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a chef.
Completion of the MAPAQ hygiene and sanitation training, or equivalent.
Proficiency in basic cooking techniques (sautéing, grilling, frying, etc.) and cutting skills are essential.
Ability to create a recipe from scratch.
Availability to commute to downtown.
Desired profile
Autonomous and resourceful.
Good adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
