Our client, located in Sainte-Thérèse, is looking for the rare gem to perform various tasks in their building with 150 units. As a concierge, you will be called upon to perform urgent and maintenance work. The environment is very warm, and all that's missing is you to complete the team!
Tasks
Perform maintenance and repair work.
Paint walls, ceilings, doors, etc.
Repair plumbing leaks, replace light bulbs, repair or replace electrical outlets and switches, etc.
Clean the grounds and parking areas, shovel snow from walkways.
Repair or install shelves, cabinets, and replace screens.
Unclog sinks, repair toilets, and replace faucets.
Respond to emergencies.
Run errands by car as needed.
Answer the phone.
Show apartments to potential tenants.
Clean parking areas and grounds.
Shovel snow from walkways.
Take out trash and recycling bins.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Must be available every other weekend for on-call duty (mandatory).
High school diploma (DES) or a diploma in a relevant trade (carpenter, plumber, electrician).
Valid Class 5 driver's license.
ASP construction training (an asset).
