Our client, a dynamic company in the healthcare sector, is looking for a responsible person with exceptional customer service skills to join their administrative team in Montreal.

Tasks

  • Greet patients upon their arrival at the clinic.
  • Organize and validate appointments.
  • Answer phone calls, assist patients, and manage their file follow-ups.
  • Prepare and organize files according to the daily schedule.
  • Manage the processing of computerized files.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • Diploma in secretarial / office management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in medical clinics.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative agent.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate proficiency in English, as the person must receive both English- and French-speaking clients by phone and in person daily.
  • Experience with Medesync system (an asset).
