The primary goal of the Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent is to lead a high-performing maintenance execution team, ensuring that all plant equipment operates reliably and efficiently. You'll be at the forefront of maintaining equipment to the highest standards, balancing both reliability and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating the activities of the mechanical maintenance department with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the plant.

Tasks
Ensure full adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures, safeguarding the well-being of our team
Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful execution of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities.
Actively review mechanical maintenance needs with the production team on a daily basis, making adjustments as necessary to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Conduct in-depth maintenance performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and guiding the team toward enhanced efficiency.
assist in developing and executing the annual mechanical budget, ensuring financial efficiency while aligning with the company's operational goals.
Perform all other tasks required by the position.

Job requirements
BAC in Mechanical Engineering.
