Our client, a specialist in IT solutions, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing marketing activities aimed at increasing product visibility and strengthening brand identity. You will also play a key role in managing internal and external communications, as well as leading marketing campaigns to generate business opportunities and drive company sales.

Tasks

  • Create and distribute high-quality marketing content across various platforms (brochures, blogs, videos, webinars, press releases, newsletters, advertisements, etc.).
  • Ensure message consistency across all platforms.
  • Participate in organizing company events.
  • Plan and distribute external communications to strengthen the brand's image with partners and clients.
  • Support internal communication by sharing marketing initiatives and successes with employees and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Use CRM (ZOHO) to create workflows and optimize campaigns.
  • Digital Activities Coordination:
  • Manage and update website content and social media platforms.
  • Analyze performance and implement strategies to improve digital presence.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and content creation.
  • Perform any other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements

  • Education in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in implementing and executing brand strategies.
  • Experience in developing and managing web and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (YouTube, social media), including CRM systems (like ZOHO), email marketing software, and content management systems.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Photoshop (Adobe Suite).
  • Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written.
