Tasks
Supervise the attendance and presence of team members.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve anomalies and technical issues.
Assign tasks based on needs.
Plan order preparation, taking into account the specific requirements of clients.
Define priorities by sector based on operational imperatives.
Evaluate individual performances.
Review order errors and propose measures to improve quality.
Manage employee timesheets, leaves, and vacations.
Update the performance tracking board and contribute to identifying solutions with the continuous improvement team.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
At least 3 years of experience in personnel management within a distribution center.
