Tasks
Review plans and drawings provided by clients and representatives.
Use the provided data to develop and create initial plans for modular structures.
Develop, draw, and specify production plans.
Ensure that drawings and plans adhere to client requirements and current standards.
Make necessary adjustments to drawings and plans as needed.
Provide technical assistance to the production team throughout the manufacturing process.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
College diploma in Architecture Technology or Vocational Diploma in Building Mechanics.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD software.
Experience in modular construction (an asset).
Knowledge of the National Building Code (an asset).
