Tasks

  • Prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Analyze various financial elements monthly.
  • Reconcile intercompany transactions.
  • Produce annual budgets.
  • Oversee annual audits and provide necessary information to auditors.
  • Monitor investments, compare available options on the market, and submit recommendations at their maturity.
  • Supervise and estimate fluctuations in the protected income of the companies and shareholders.
  • Reconcile taxes and calculate the annual tax liability for all companies within the group.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting.
  • Knowledge of the MS Office Suite – Advanced Excel (essential).
  • Advanced mastery of the English language due to a bilingual clientele 50% of the time.
  • Knowledge of Accpac (Sage 300) – an asset.
