Les tâches
Demonstrate adeptness in effectively marketing residential HVAC equipment.
Conduct proficient in-home sales interactions that cater to customers' specific requirements.
Inspect, evaluate, and assess existing HVAC and/or water heating systems, while concurrently proposing recommendations for maintenance or replacement.
Generate comprehensive pricing, proposals, and contracts, also contributing to the coordination of projects and maintaining customer correspondence as needed.
Engage in negotiations to secure sales, adeptly conveying the advantages and merits of the proposed solutions to customers.
Handle documentation, facilitate payment procedures, and respond to post-sales inquiries.
Seek reviews and referrals from satisfied clients.
Carry out any other related tasks.

Exigences du poste
2 to 7 years of experience in sales.
1 year of experience in the HVAC field.
At least 1 year of experience in account management or in a similar role.
Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Experience in client relationships management.
