Requirement

The ideal candidate will:

·         Be enthusiastic, friendly, and highly organized.

·         Be able to handle workload in a professional manner.

·         Have superior verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a strong and clear command of the English Language.

Requirements:

·         Must have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar role.

·         Must be proficient in using MS-Office software.

·         Ability to speak and read French would be a great asset .

·         Must possess great customer service skills.

·         Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment.

·         Must be a quick learner and have good troubleshooting skills.

·         Must be available to work extended hours when required.

Your main responsibilities involve:

·         Answering and forwarding incoming calls.

·         Greeting visitors.

·         Filing documents.

·         Processing documents (Word, Excel, CRM).

·         Following up with calls.

·         Setting up meetings.

·         Providing administrative support to the team.

·         Other related tasks.
